Description
High solid clear coat with enhanced self leveling and increased UV stablizer rated outdoors 10+ years with no clear coat shrinkage during curing for ultimate orange peele free finish and also great cut and buff characteristics without losing shine.
***2K ULTRA Matte Clear Coat***
THIS PAINT REQUIRES CATALYST. CATALYST CONTAINS ISOCYANATOMETHYL
Items included:
Clear Coat 1oz. (30mL)
Catalyst .3oz. (10mL)
Mix 3:1 thoroughly prior to application.
Recommended application
-1st coat: Tackcoat
Flash off 5 minutes
-2nd coat: Wet coat
Flash off 5 minutes
DO NOT EXCEED 2 COATS. ADDITIONAL LAYERS WILL MAKE SURFACE GLOSSY.
Cure at room temperature for 24 hours before handling/sanding or 30 minutes in dehydrator @140F
***2K ULTRA Gloss Clear Coat***
THIS PAINT REQUIRES CATALYST. CATALYST CONTAINS ISOCYANATOMETHYL
Items included:
Clear Coat 1oz. (30mL)
Catalyst .3oz. (10mL)
Mix 3:1 thoroughly prior to application.
Recommended application
-1st coat: Medium wet coat
Flash off 5 minutes
-2nd coat: Wet coat
Flash off 5 minutes
-3rd and final: Wet coat
Cure at room temperature for 48-72 hours before handling/sanding or 60 minutes in dehydrator @140F
***General Notes for 2K Ultra Clear***
Flash offs are important between coats to prevent runs.
DO NOT SHAKE ACTIVATOR BOTTLE. IF YOU DO SHAKE, CLEAN THE BOTTLE LIP TO PREVENT THE CAP GETTING STUCK.
HARMFUL VAPORS. WEAR ORGANIC VAPOR RESPIRATOR WHEN IN USE.
