***Basecoat Paint***
Apply thin layers over other brand primers. Splash Paints primers are recommended prior to application.
Flash off until matt between coats.
You may apply wet coat over Splash Paints Primer or base coat.
20-25 PSI IS RECOMMENDED.
Jet Black: Black Primer prior to application will offer best coverage. Final color does not change on the primer color prior to application. Great for achieving semi gloss finish and provides a solid black base for ultra chameleon and metalizer series.
